Every policy issued by Tjinsurances is governed by the clauses, exclusions and scopes detailed in the general and specific conditions of the contract. Below is a summary of the key points that avoid ambiguous interpretations.
The policy covers logistics transport vehicles, utility vehicles and heavy machinery registered in the fleet certificate. Damages from off-route use, overloading or driving without a valid driver's license are excluded.
Covers material damage to facilities, warehouses and fixed machinery due to fire, explosion, burglary and severe weather events. It does not include wear and tear from use, inherent defects or intentional acts by the insured.
All claims must be reported within 72 business hours. Failure to provide required documentation or modification of the risk without prior notice may reduce or void the indemnity. The assessment is carried out within a maximum period of 10 calendar days.
Certificates issued by the platform have legal validity as long as the policyholder is up to date with the premium payment. Verification via QR code allows confirmation of validity and active coverage in real time.
Not covered: nuclear damage, war, terrorism, gradual pollution, fines, losses from theft without violence, nor transported goods that exceed the value declared in the policy. Consult the specific conditions for each line of business.
All disputes are submitted to the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentine Republic, excluding any other jurisdiction. The policy is governed by Insurance Law No. 17,418 and supplementary regulations.
These definitions do not replace the full text of the policy. To know the exact terms of your coverage, consult the general conditions and the specific clauses of your certificate.
